Who are we looking for?
As our senior online marketeer you are responsible for developing, coordinating and executing 10DAYS' online marketing strategy. Our online marketing agency is responsible for execution of performance marketing and you will be responsible for execution of e-mail marketing. You keep a complete overview of the (international) online marketing activities of 10DAYS and you closely follow all developments in this area.

You have experience in web analytics and you are interested in SEO. You are commercial, analytical and have a helicopter view, without losing sight of our brand and brand values.


What are your responsibilities?

  • Generate traffic to our websites through performance marketing, SEO and e-mail;
  • Lead communication with agency teams to ensure alignment and co-work effectively;
  • Creating and optimizing (automated) e-mail campaigns;
  • Building advanced e-mail flows and follow-up actions;
  • Database- and selection management: building segments and optimizing/creating
    target audiences;
  • Monitoring budget and analyses of results with improvements needed;
  • General knowledge of performance marketing and marketing KPIs and able to
    translate into actionable dashboarding;
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.


What are your skills and requirements for this job?

  • A completed HBO/WO education, preferably in business administration, economics or marketing;
  • At least two years of experience as an online marketing coordinator, online
    marketeer, e-mail marketeer with a focus on performance/e-mail marketing;
  • Numerical understanding: you are able to translate complex data into concrete
    insights and action points;
  • Experience within an omnichannel retail organization is an advantage;
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch and English;
  • Full time position (38 hours).
